West Ham 2 – Arsenal 5

Arsenal continued their good run of form, most recently beating West Ham 5-2. Closing in on leaders Liverpool, who will play Man City on Sunday, to six points.

Just 10 minutes into the game, Arsenal took a 1-0 lead. When Bukayo Saka crossed from a corner on the right for Gabriel Magalles to head into the goal.UFABET 

In the 27th minute, the score was 2-0 when Martin Odegaard lifted the ball into the penalty area on the right side for Bukayo Saka to break away. And pass to Leandro Trossard who easily shot into the net.

Not only that, the Gunners made it 3-0 in the 34th minute from a penalty kick. Where Lucas Paqueta got caught in Saka’s leg and Odegaard converted the shot.

Just two minutes later, Arsenal made it 4-0. Trossard’s cross was cleared by West Ham defender Max Kilman. Who allowed Kai Havertz to break free and fire past Lukasz Fabianski into the net.

But in the 38th minute, West Ham chased 1-2. Carlos Soler passed through to Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Who broke into the penalty area on the right and shot past David Raya’s hands into the near post.

In the 40th minute, the Hammers got a free kick in front of the penalty area. Emerson spun with his left foot past Raya’s hand and hit the crossbar to make it 2-4.

However, in the 45+2 minute injury time, Arsenal got another penalty. When Gabriel dived to head the ball from a corner kick but was punched in the head by Fabianski. This time, it was Bukayo Saka who made no mistake to convert to make it 5-2 in the 45+5 minute.

End of the first half, Arsenal leads West Ham 5-2.

In the second half, Arsenal eased up on their game and played more conservatively. While West Ham struggled to attack.

In the final moments of the game, the Gunners had a chance. When Raheem Sterling shot from a tight angle in the left side of the penalty area but the ball went into the side netting.

In injury time, West Ham had a chance to catch up. Danny Ings slipped past Raya and shot wide.
